Okay, I reread it again and I’m still confused because if the results aren’t posted in the thread and we are the only ones who would know the result, then why wouldn’t every single pr obey the command they’re given right? Why would they ever disobey in that case?

Because A) the captain knows

B) if they’re the only who knows?

So this entire setup makes 0 sense in that case.

The captain doesn’t know who the prs are, so I’m assuming that a “no action” would get read as disobeyed.

As per the rules:

5. All results are given to the players, not the Captain.

* Any night actions from the Power Roles will be directed by the highest ranked surviving officer, including non-actions. The only exception is if the Power Role chooses to 'disobey'.
* Any result of those actions that are reported by the mod will be recieved by the Power Role, and not the highest ranked surviving officer.
* Any action or non-action that goes against the explicit submission of the highest ranked surviving officer will be noted as disobeyed.

To be 100% clear, any results from night actions are given to the PR who performed them as usual, they are not given to the highest ranking officer nor posted publicly.

It's probably not a fakeclaim. Scum can have any of the ranks or roles.

What's the town motivation for claiming this early? You don't know if there's a doc. Why give scum a good N1 target?

In the last run I had a role and was softing. That's because I was scum and taking heat. If town, I wouldn't have claimed unless at L-1.

I like Persival's posting this game. Lot's of sorting and questioning.

So Liz and Jack slot I don't like a lot, very defensive. Though they were pushed pretty hard from the start by multiple slots, so I would give them some breathing room and see what happens

Saudude I don't know. Last game he was very confident (and rightly so), so I don't know if being confused is an act or not.

Yeah I agree with you that Persi is probably town. What does “moose-aligned” mean? I’m assuming that “moose” here is a Weissian term for scum?

I think it’s great you guys are able to talk and coordinate reads. Jack and me would do that too but he isn’t picking up any of my mentions, so I want to see if he has had a chance to catch up with the game since he last posted.

I’m not sure you’re reasoning for not sharing your Aubrey read with the rest of the playerlist. I know it would really help me a lot to understand what you’re seeing?

Rn, I still feel good with my current vote, so I’m not going to sheep unless I hear a reason why Aubrey is a better vote than Saudade.

In that game Persi linked, scum won that, so I want to make sure as much as possible in this game where you and Persi are the only clear townie slots, that we do our best not to mislynch.
