I voted Aubrey just as a reaction test. Doc is the default NK, BUT in this setup if captain is scum, that's not necessary. So, Aubrey isn't auto scum for still being alive.
Nancy being back in this game is bullshit. I do think they're scum, particularly with the zeebu flip. But this is also policy.

Persivul’s mechanical arguments aren’t just bad here, they are scum-motivated. Persivul’s whole narrative is that the nightkill of B&W somehow “mechanically proves” that at least one of {Captain!Datisi, Doctor!Aubrey, Follower-Lieutenant!LJK} “must” be scum because either 1) the fact that neither of the claimed PR’s died in-and-of-itself must mean that at least one of us is scum and/or 2) that Captain!Datisi is scum and is controlling the night actions to push her scum agenda. It’s a purely mechanical argument based on fallacious reasoning that allows Persivul to drive multiple mislynches without having to give actual reads on any slots. I already explained why the B&W nightkill makes a lot of sense even if all of {LJK, Aubrey, Datisi} are town in 1262. And if you look at all of Persivul's posts on day two, all he has done is 1) talk about how it’s “BS” that Nancy came back into the game and that we should be policy lynched over it , 2) push the mechanical narrative that at least one of {Captain!Datisi, Doctor!Aubrey, Follower-Lieutenant!LJK} “must” be scum, and 3) argue that town!Zeebu implies that we are scum even though we had nothing to do with Zeebu being mislynched – a mislynch that Persivul himself is largely responsible for. That’s all he has done, and he was perfectly content to end day two early with us being quicklynched, even going so far as to say that he won’t be doing anything until our slot is lynched (960). The mechanical narrative benefits scum!Persivul because it sets up an easy path to victory for him based on paranoia over both the Captain (Datisi) and the day-one-claimed-doctor (Aubrey) still being alive in lylo. He pushes our mislynch today, and then after we flip town, he doubles down even harder on the mechanical narrative in lylo to argue that at least one of {Aubrey, Datisi} is “mechanically proven” to be scum and pushes his final mislynch from that group.
Beyond all of that, Persivul’s overall play in this game is consistent with his scum meta. Persivul’s meta as scum is that he puts a fair amount of effort into fake sorting and scumhunting until he is widely townread, at which point he starts to coast and dial down his content. Up until about 602 on day one Persivul was asking a lot of questions and engaging with people, and after that he starts to coast and maintain more of a passive presence for the rest of the day. And he has done nothing on day two except talk about how we should be policy lynched and make mechanical arguments about how at least one of {Datisi, Aubrey, LJK} “must” be scum.
Persivul is scum and his partner is either Icon or Saudade.
