Regarding the Liz replacement situation, I made the decision to allow her back into the game for 3 reasons:
1. I believed that she was genuinely upset, and did not intend to use the replacement for a tactical reason. The rules around replacements are mostly in order to prevent players from using the replacement mechanic for tactical purposes.
2. She was part of a hydra were at least one head stayed consistent throughout the game.
3. She asked nicely, it's always worth it to be polite.

That being said I do think that I could have handled this situation much better, and in the future I will be adding a rule that will not allow any voluntary replace-outs to replace back in, regardless of the circumstances.

Apologies to anyone who felt that the game was negatively affected by the replacement situation, I stand by my decision but I will be more careful in the future.
