Explain how Scooby is a VT thing

(I shouldn't have to explain this, it's obvious. Scooby is the most innocent character ever. He just wants to eat and hang out with his best friend. He could never be anything but VT. Just like if I was a Shaggy gimmick I would have chosen the most powerful role possible, since he is the almighty one.)
