You were asked to by Alisae. I thinknwhat Pineee is saying is that we need to actually want the fruit ourself because giving the fruit isn't about gaming the system but sacrificing something in
a deal with the devil
an agreement with the Tree Gods such that both parties benefit.

The whole point is that if we want the fruit'wls benefits we have to offer something Pine would likenor benefit from in return.

Why hammering LLD was one of these things is beyond me, but he must have found that beneficial in some way.

No I think Pine is saying we need to actually make offers with out bargains. I don't think he cares that Ali nominates.

Ari’s got it pretty much exactly.

I’m not saying I won’t deal with Ali’s nominees, but I refuse to play ball with attempts to leash me.

Just letting pops take all the fruits could be fine. I still think we shouldn’t interact with it though.

Pops shouldn't take ALL the fruit.

Pine has said he'd be offering 2 per day, and they can only be used the night phase following when they're granted, so it's powers that go to waste.

I have a theory that town might be low on PRs and the bargains with the devil tree are designed to help give town a fighting chance. It's just a matter of town actually getting the fruits.

My general philosophy is that if a game has mechanics, they were deigned to be used, not just for lols.

I don't particularly know who I'd use it on, but consider this intent to bargain if no one else wants it. I'll give pops first dibs before doing so.

I think without knowing what benefits it gives scum (because it clearly does) it’s always a risk and right now I don’t see the need in taking these risks. The value in these fruit aren’t worth taking at the moment.

Idk if I should actually use this fruit actually. Unlike watcher I can actually hurt town if my aim is shitty enough.

I'm not going to pass up cancelling the free-distribution trigger though.

If you take the fruit you don't have to use it.

Jingle's fruit presentation said "if you use this fruit".

I'm very sure, if there are secret negative mechanics/effects, they can be avoided by just not using

I'm not going to hard-commit to use/don't use fruit because scum would be more able to counterplay but I am going to seriously consider the reasons to strongly consider not using it MariaR

Wait can you even roleblock a roleblocker or is that like a Jedi trying to kill a Jedi or something
