I can confirm dweller failed to pick up the pm until after deadline and if i felt a player used it to game the system I would treat it as against the spirit of the game. If players are happy waiting in future I'll start treating it differently.

I would significantly prefer waiting. I don’t think it was an unreasonable decision, but I do think it makes the game more difficult

I can confirm dweller failed to pick up the pm until after deadline and if i felt a player used it to game the system I would treat it as against the spirit of the game. If players are happy waiting in future I'll start treating it differently.

How do you know if someone is gaming or if they are absent.

If I were scum here and chance I just wouldn't open my pm and hope that at least 1 red got passed and then theres a 50% chance the red is enacted and then the scummer has no culpability at all.

Anyone can be president other than picking yourself. The chancellor follows usual term limit rules.

If I were scum here I wouldn't have opened the pm and would have hoped that at least 1 policy passed was a red, and I would take the chance that it gets passed randomly.

He could have not opened the pm on purpose and forced you to randomize it.
