Okay consider this.

Assume you have a lib president in hitler zone.

Lib + Lib government with blue pass = blue pass, lib + lib gov with red gov (no conflicts) means shoot outside.

Lib + Fasc government with blue pass = blue pass, lib + fasc gov with red gov (no conflicts) shoots outside, lib + fasc government (conflict) means you have an outted fascist for a free shot for lib

Lib + Hitler government = game over.

Effectively with a Lib president, LibLib and LibFasc are equivalent governments at start of HZ.

ok, i decided i would quickly skim before class:
- mena is scum
- dweller is probably scum. doesn't matter that egix got cleared by dweller, it's either fasc/fasc or lib/fasc.
- @mena, fasc would wanna play to meta. if meta breaks, they may try to get hitty in. i personally don't try to get hitty in every single chance i get when im fasc. if i can in hz, thats cool, but not my goal.
- oka could be hitty? i could see it, and it'd make sense considering how oka was trying to help explain stuff, but that's just scummy to do so, so im doubting it.
- datisi could be scum, and i dont feel like poking datisi to try to figure out until thursday.
- i feel like p24-25 ff/mena could be fasc/fasc. at least at a skim.
