Correct me if I'm wrong but I have always thought that FoS's, in the end, really didn't mean anything. It doesn't get counted as a vote but more of a "I got my eye on you and you're leaning scummy but I want to wait to see what happens." But I do find that an FoS during the RVS is strange and a little jumpy.

Another thing that I find weird is that yurkin claims doublevoter but going through his posts, I can only see that he ever only put 1 vote out there. I don't know why he claimed doublevoter if he wasn't going to doublevote.
