From the ban thread:

TrueSoulEnergy has been banned from mafia for one month (29 days, 20 hours, 52 minutes) for continuing to post in a game after they were dead in the game, publicly discussing replacing out, insulting other users, and threatening to violate site rules, despite previous warnings. He will need to be replaced in any game he is currently in.

This extends to all of his alt accounts as well:
