I legit lol’d when I read this. So I just went and ISO’d DDL again and menal doesn’t even make an appearance in the entire ISO with the exception of one offhand comment that DDL likes him. It does seem extremely unrealistic to barely mention someone who’s been calling for your blood like two game days straight.

Seconding this, a find it strange that he thinks that'll get him towncred. At the same time, I think Mena knows that a DDL townflip would look bad on him so I don't think Mena is scum pushing a mislynch on town!DDL

I like this. It's indeed completely unnatural for town to stay that quiet about a slot pushing you this way. Reminds a lot about myself as scum who tries to ignore rather then engage.

Not at all. But I think it’s fair to let you catch up.

It’s very likely not going to happen all that quickly, specifically today. And I would expect people to be responding to what I’m saying actively rather than wait until I finish or whatever.

frankly I don't see a point to that unless you make your posts more readable (explicitly call out what you want responses to without being hidden in a spoiler tag) and you really try to condense to only asking questions/commenting to things that are significantly important to helping you actively read players currently. I don't want to spend time opening 60 pages worth of spoiler tags and wading through comments on random posts that don't pertain to me just to find one or two things that's still meaningful at the present and addressed to me that I need to respond to. I'd rather you jump into the fray and engage now and then backfill stuff from D1 that you feel needs to support your reads on things.

I’m using the colored text to distinguish things I want people to read and engage with versus random commentary and stuff like that. I’m trying to adjust my catch-up play style to be received better, without scrapping it entirely. So like you’d have a fair criticism if that wasn’t the case but I’m doing some of the work for you. I can also do what I did in AvP where I called out people I wanted to respond but that was rather ineffective imo. Beyond that any other fix I can see goes into range of retooling my method too much for what I’m aiming for this game.

Also Gamma, I kinda think the problem of your catch-up is speed? You've only done 5 pages, and the game has over 70, with the Day ending in a bit over two days. Your slot has done jack shit this game, and unless we get p lucky with our roses, tomorrow is most likely LyLo/MyLo if we mislynch.

So would be good to have some substance to read your slot I guess? Rather than waiting for the long catch up that's half just fluff.

I'm not really pushing either of you because it's more feel then actual content. You really aren't as fluid as I think you mostly are when town. We already discussed this.

Menal is playing a weird game. His position on D1 lynch is weird. Him calling you out but not doing anything with it is unusual.

I don't know what to make of it.

OTOH, if it's S/S then both of you instigated the wagon, which is stronk WIFOM lol
