I also know that this is not the first time you've seen me push this way, give this form of a readslist, and be told by me that my academy is "do as I say, not as I do" in that if I actually followed my own advice I would be a significantly better scumhunter than I actually am.

That my academy advice is good, but I stupidly half of the time ignore it and most of the time that ignoring of the advice isn't because I know better than my advice, it's because my advice is the correct theoretical way but in practice I can't play that good and to put it another way my academy is based around all of my errors on what not to do as much as it is what TO do and I still make the not-to-do errors in spite of having written about how they are errors.

This is not the first time you've been informed of it--if it was I might not even have a scumread on you!

But the choices I have is that either you forgot what I directly told you, or you're scum pretending that you were never informed of this.

Where did the assumption of 5 scum come from?
-Mist

19 players and then more or less putting the appropriate number there, the higher end of it.
19 players is a 4-5-man scumteam.
You can have it be 5 and balanced, although 5 is usually the realm of 20-24ish players; you can have it be 4 and balanced, although this usually requires a somewhat weaker town.

Given my own role is fairly weak in hindsight yes 4 is probably overall more likely than five, but it never hurts to give the upper limit of five whereas assuming you need to catch four when there's actually five can be harmful.

Why is someone assuming a jester in the game scummy to you? You can use jester as an excuse to not lynch someone I suppose, but until we see people using that behavior I don't really see it as that big an issue. Just something to keep an eye out for.
