Dann, when I voted for Hoppy it was in response to this. I hadnt seen the post from Cheeky. I dont know how it happened i could have seen the molla post and looked back a page at something and then went back to the current page and paged down to just reply and and vote.

Individual read confidence should weigh into possible team confidence, you shouldn't simply go with "more possible teams"
