Okay so why doesn’t scum me push looker there instead of pushing bob, especially as looker was the viable alternative for bob AND I’d already said I thought he was scummy — so it would have been a very transition for me to push. Why does scum!me transition onto someone totally new, giving up a much better place and look for a bus on chem only to flip back at the end of day — when I still think looker was viable btw?

I need to reread the bit where bob voted chem tbh, I’ve been meaning to do that all day but haven’t gotten to it. Maybe overnight. Like I said, I think the most likely explanation is both scum off wagon, but if they were I think it was more likely late end. I can see how I could look like bussing I guess, but as I know I’m not I think it’s more likely one of bob/dats.

why does town menaque do the things you described in the first paragraph? I think it can be argued that voting off the two leading wagons doesn’t make a ton of sense regardless of alignment. Especially since you seemed to be in a state of not fully caught up. You’re welcome to explain the trajectory from your point of view. I’m certainly willing to listen. I think both scum off the wagon and if not look in Datisi/bob is a reasonable conclusion for you to make.

All of these posts are within minutes of me making a post while I was asking questions after having just replaced in. The posts show a good understanding of the current game state and I found them helpful while I was catching up. I think regurgitating facts in this manor is difficult for scum to replicate. I think being available to help me jump in is itself town motivated. I felt like Datisi was genuinely interested in 1. helping me catch up and 2. interacting with me in order to add to his read on my slot.

It is, however both me and GL agreed that bugs/Looker are very *very* unlikely to be SvS. (we even thought of the same thing within 2 minutes!)

so, yeah. It was "incorrect play" perhaps. Highly doubt Looker is scum with them though. The way bugs entered the game and strated shading Looker heavily suggests TvS imo

I don't disagree with you, Pine does not come close to lylo. However, i don't think you do either. With GL explicitly saying that emps does not make it to endgame if bugs flips scum...

What's getting even more annoying is that we have not one, but 3 empty slots right now.

I also town read the consistency in which Datisi defers to GuiltyLion's reads. Following GL was my instinct from the get-go having only read the opening post and most recent votecount when I offered to replace in. Going back and reading, I really like the moment where Datisi and GL mindmelt about looker/bugspray interaction. I think this is a genuine, town mindset.

I haven't put any real thought into iconeum because he's off the table for today and I expect things to be solved by mechanics eventually in one way or another. I agree with the take that his associative with bugspray are stronger than anyone else still alive. Even if scum are on the front of the wagon I'd have a hard time believing its iconeum because fakeclaiming from a position as strong as his would be a pretty silly scum play.

bji I had lumped in with bob, but tbh I'm a little fuzzy on his interactions with the bugspray wagon to the point where I should probably revisit. if somehow we get to the conclusion that there are scum on the front of the wagon he seems like a good place to look. I'm just really far from that conclusion so not putting thought into those scenarios right now.

With both of menal+slaxx scum, it doesn't make sense to push this hard against town!micc.
Menal opening with a push against micc lynch might be town. So a team of slaxx+micc+chemist could work here.

in 988 he agrees with GL, who is arguing with bugs that the looker case is crap. While still voting looker. For the rest of the day.

Later down in that same post you keep going on about how scum looker is, while you just spent time agreeing with GL how bad the looker case actually is
