It’s not that I think your questions are bad, a lot of people get offended for being scum read but for the most part, I don’t usually scum read people who are playing badly. Most people who’ve been here a bit have a solid understanding on how to play scum, so surface level scum play is actually stronger than not, and it’s keeping up with that stuff.

Chainsawing used to be a strong scum move, then it became easily caught out, Hatcheting was huge and under the radar for a while, now it became pretty big and already scum don’t really hatchet too much anymore. It just keeps going in circles.

Side note, I’m actually creating a Board Game since I have a few games in stock right now, and it’s kind of like a Pokémon meets Chess like game, maybe add a little Dominion. Cryptid theme.

I might have to figure out a way to play online for some play tests...if anyone’s eventually interested. Not sure when, might not be for a while, but I do plan on getting a rough draft of mechanics sometime this week. I’ve had the specific game mechanics down since I was in high school (i graduated 2012...) now it’s just time to create a prototype.

I like Alchemist because of his push on you, I found my self agreeing with it. I din't like you trying to POE people who played with fire, along with you trying to find people who fire could easily read. It's things that are easy to manipulate to who ever you want to push, I also didn't like when RCE was doing it but he will sort himself out.

Re: PoE thing, yes - as a means of diverting attention away from myself.
Making up reasons to scumread people is unnecessary at that point and I can conjure a lot of them through the game, so scum motivation would be slightly clearer if I was just trying to lead town "not on me" by starting with that.
