(185) by Allomancer: When a player's Reputation becomes negative, that player becomes "dead". Notwithstanding all other rules governing number of votes, dead players have no vote. A dead player gains one Reputation every 24 hours. When a dead player's Reputation becomes zero or positive, that player ceases to be dead.

Now, for something that just came up from the top of my head, and'll probably get NAYed out of existence, but it'll be a fun addition if it's added

343: Whenever a player joins, they draw one card from a 52 card deck of playing cards, excluding jokers. The drawing is simulated by the moderator. A copy of the drawn card is then added back into the deck, and the deck shuffled. Cards players own are private, and cards drawn by a player are only known by the player who drew them.

Notably I will probably make like 4 proposals if this passes. Then again, I'm not confident in this passing.

It just occurred to me that my rule might have gotten passed before I could amend it due to 322, and if that's the case then I'm gonna make a backup plan.

M004: Any active players without cards draw 1 card. This motion, once passed, lasts 1 second.

If the amendment went through, this motion is useless - just NAY it. But if it didn't, then this motion will be useful. This motion will basically do the same thing that the amendment would do, anyways.

My ruling is that according to rule 322, the proposal did indeed indeed pass at the time Jake the Wolfie voted yea, so the amendment is invalid.

Motion M006 is invalid because there is no motion M005.

I'm still undecided on 342, so how about we make a deal, Jake the Wolfie? If you agree to pass my proposal to transmute 327 to immutable (when I am allowed to propose it again), I'll pass your proposal 342. How does that sound?

Proposal 344: When a ruling is required, the moderator shall make an initial ruling. If the players are dissatisfied with this ruling, they may ask the moderator to make a more formal ruling and reference the ruleset directly. If players are still dissatisfied after the formal ruling, they may override the ruling with a supermajority of active votes (with the moderator counting as abstaining). There is no set format for voting for an override so long as the moderator can understand the intention.
