A door nearby also lies open. Inside, a noxious green gas can be seen filling the room. Two bodies lie inside, undoubtedly poisoned to death by whatever the gas was. They can be identified as the bodies of Hectic and Elsa Jay. One of you quickly dashes to slam and seal the door before the gas can be released out into the open. Something horrific happened inside. No one dares re-open the door and find out.

One more open door lies next to the other two horrors. However, no one can be seen inside. A mechanical, monstrous collar can be seen inside, along with a switch, but no one occupies them. How odd. The switch appears to have been pressed...

Just then, a loud explosion is heard from inside the second room with the gas. The two events appear connected somehow. With the death inside the gas room, there is no need to explore further.
