My impression is that a hood of 4 with 50% scum seems very strange. I don't remember seeing anything like this before.

A group of 4 players where exactly one is scum is OP. If the group has PT, it is even more. Balancewise, it makes sense that the mod puts randomly 1-2 scum in a hood with confirmed scum in. I think being in the hood should be NAI. Actually, it might be slighty town indicative, because all scum in one hood seems strange.

I will confess I have not really given much thought to this game lately, but I still think my reasons for suspecting Looker on D1 were sound and he has not exactly done anything to make me feel better about him since.

And first let's say that scum decide to night kill outside the hood every night. Then you get:
