Why would scum infect someone then claim a tracker guilty? Especially a scumteam that isn’t killing its infection targets? And then he’s have to explain not getting infected as a claimed Tracker in a post-Mastina world. It just wouldn’t work.

Add them up and it's 4 + 3 OG scum = 7
