@Mod:are you considered a "player" for this game?"This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent." In re Davis, 557 U.S. 952, 955 (2009) (Scalia, J., dissenting).-

Also, Vi gets off on a technicality here, because she can say "Twilight is over when the thread is locked."“There is nothing so dangerous for anyone who has something to hide as conversation! A human being [...] cannot resist the opportunity to reveal himself and express his personality which conversation gives him. Every time he will give himself away.” -Hercule Poirot-

Clarification: do the game mechanics or rules qualify you as a player?

without quoting directly: i think the scum kill is magically blocked, where the new kill is actively submitted by viIn post 2196, Blair wrote:@Puppy- Does your revelation say thatViblocks the Mafia's submitted kill or that it justisblocked (passively)? In other words, based on the wording of your revelation, do you believe the submitted kills would still be blocked if we eliminated Vi?
i don't think lynching vi will do anything. my role implies that there is a way to stop the random nightkills, but i think they're good for town and i don't want to speculate on what would do it. (this is why i was worried scum might know something and didn't want to say too much)-

Could there be a town-aligned role that is submitting a new nightkill target to Vi before the mod scene is posted?
This would actually explain all of the nightkills.
Day 1: Before learning Auro was scum, submits the counterwagon (ABR)
Day 2: We were choosing between Porkens and Farside. Before learning that Farside was scum, submits Porkens.
Day 3: Before learning that chkflip was town, submits IAAU (this one doesn't really need explanation, IAAU was in PoE)“There is nothing so dangerous for anyone who has something to hide as conversation! A human being [...] cannot resist the opportunity to reveal himself and express his personality which conversation gives him. Every time he will give himself away.” -Hercule Poirot-

im skeptical that this is the case, but my revelation only says that the mod is making the kills, not the one selecting the kills, so i guess it's possible.
does scum who makes a kill and is blocked visit anyone? because this is pretty key to answering whether out tracker results are being smudged or not.-

I really, really, really doubt it - you realize that'd mean the game would be effectively a combined Double Day+Nightless 13vs4 with some extra 'power' thrown into the town by way of Starbuck and possibly ABR, right? In post 2206, Blair wrote:Could there be a town-aligned role that is submitting a new nightkill target to Vi before the mod scene is posted?

How so? Isn't the randomness what is neutering tracking power? In post 2204, CantHateAPuppy wrote:i think they're good for townYOUR AD HERE

I mean, the chances of two trackers both tracking me and the other trackers tracking each other to form a perfect confirmation loop just seems way too serendipitousIn post 2205, Green Crayons wrote:

"random" kills are likely to kill in our POE. scum kills won't kill in our POE, and we don't know whether scum have any roles / revelations that would nerf trackersIn post 2211, VP Baltar wrote:

they can't all be scum so... what's suspicious explanation assuming at least two are town?In post 2212, xRECKONERx wrote:

fwiw i think gamma's sketchy claim actually partially clears him, because i don't think IIAU was the real scumkill, so gamma claiming a visit there would not be scum trying to cover up his visit. (this kinda thing is why i waited until the trackers claimed FYI). though i still don't like the way he held onto his claim yesterday fwiw-

but, also, agar did track gamma to UT n2, and i really really doubt UT was the intended scumkill when starbuck VPB and porkens were all aliveIn post 2164, CantHateAPuppy wrote:Agar: n1 Hoopla goes nowhere, n2 gamma visits UT, n3 reck goes nowhere

The cross tracking of each other is interesting. There's, at least, one confirmed track each night - GC confirms KMD N1, Agar confirms Gamma N2, and KMD confirms Gamma N3.
Agar and KMD both confirm Gamma.
GC and Gamma both have IIAU as a track.
Agar and KMD both have Hoopla as a track.
Agar and GC both track Reck on the same night.
I don't believe in coincidences, but I think we need to eliminate within the trackers today.<3 Kise, Reck, dram, tans, & Kats <3-

All the Trackers should explain why they tracked each of their targets.“There is nothing so dangerous for anyone who has something to hide as conversation! This was the only crumb I made for my UT track before I claimed itIn post 1951, Gammagooey wrote:thank you friends
however, WAIT FOR CLAP AND IAAU in case they want to contribute to the tracker clusterfuck before we yeet (esp. considering that CLAP was KMD's claimed n1 track target)
but then yeah yeet away
also thanks for looking v. town in the last few pages UT I appreciate it
If you read back through me and AGar talking when the Kmd claim landed around page 75 I feel like we were both very not subtle about what we were trying to get across though
