This is another iteration of what I have decided is a classic Geriatric setup! Ironically, it was created using common setups from the day, and now, some years later, it is being used almost exclusively for the
Geriatric Players Club . I have a pre-in of 1 hydra and 1 non-hydra already,thus their allowance in this game. They will be subject to the same restrictions as everyone else.
