Please refer to #3 under Special Notes About Suggestions in the rulebook:

You may make only one Suggestion after entering a particular room. To make your next Suggestion, you must either enter a different room or, sometime after your next turn, re-enter the room that you most recently left. You may not forfeit a turn to remain in a particular room. But if you’re trapped in a room because your opponents are blocking the door(s), you must remain there until a door is unblocked and you can move out of the Room.

Pine was already in Viridian City on his previous turn and made a suggestion there. In order to make another suggestion in Viridian City, he must spend one turn exiting Viridian City and a second turn reentering, whereby he can then make another suggestion in Viridian City during that second turn.

Since Pine stayed in Viridian City and made a second suggestion there, and CreativeMod1 has already shown a card for a suggestion that includes it, I believe the fairest way to resolve this would be to skip Pine’s next turn and therefore act as if he had spent this turn exiting Viridian City and then spends next turn re-entering and making the suggestion of Charmeleon/Hydro Pump/Viridian City. Please give your thoughts.

That sounds fair, I would possibly add that he may make an accusation during the skipped turn if he wishes to do so.
But only if said accusation could be solved without the need of the card I'd showed him.

This way it'd be as if he did go out of the room and then go back into the room

I’d allow him to make an accusation at the end of his next (skipped) turn as if you had just showed him that card, so there’s no need to act as if he didn’t have full info.

I’ll probably wait for everyone to check in (either in thread or via PM is fine).

- takes out a mr. mime suit
- climbs into the mr. mime suit
- zips up the suit
- climbs into the clue board
- lifts the real mr. mime (who is asleep) over shoulder for carrying
- holds out fist
- blows at fist
- shakes fist vigorously
- realizes these actions could be taken the wrong way
- accidentally drops imaginary dice
- oops
