I not suggesting a zero sum deal. If we lynch alisae today, we lose a loose end tomorrow, as she will always have the doubt of lolhammer hanging over her head. If shes town, thats obviously detrimental. If shes scum, there will be devils advocates and really no way to be sure either.

EVs are useful for determining setup balance. What is the point of pretending we are in a hypothetical scenario with only numbers at our disposal? Those percentages mean absolutely nothing unless we are eliminating at random. It would be absolutely ridiculous to no-eliminate today.

Yh, that's why I'm asking why you didn't stop the vote (and not why you started the vote, my vote on Ico was also RVS) after you said Ico was town in your eyes

Not really, but i understand where you are coming from. Hammer happened while i was asleep. At that time i didnt have any better spots to vote, so i wanted to save it for when i had an idea. I didnt think an ico lynch would happen, or if it did i'd be there to review the reasons instead of a lolhammer. Hindsight is something i didnt have.

How does unvoting someone you placed an RVS vote on because you townread them not make any sense? You don’t even HAVE to vote someone else, you just unvote now that you have a read.

Like this feels very strange because by the time you came in and said that you thought icon was town, we were out of RVS, so shouldn’t you be trying to find scum? What were your other reads at the time when you said Icon was town?
