i've rarely successfully caught scum on day 1, and the times i've seen scum get caught on day 1 and flipped was mostly due to luck

Maybe ranny is alone scum who didn't know about multitasking and doesn't have a partner to help come up with a fake claim? That's most unlikely for Mafia though as there's the most Mafia roles. Maybe ranny panicked and claimed before the partner could say anything but I feel like you already have a claim plan on place at that point. I don't know it feels like ranny is scummy but the wagon still doesn't feel right to me

someone should unvote cuz town fruit vendor is indeed possible. No way to prove it but it'd be dumb to lim someone who claims a provable power role today.

when fruit vendor has a 50% chance of being town, 50% chance of being scum, it becomes NAI if the fruit gets served. In fact since its q 50/50 I think its a good day 1 elim just based on probability. I'm thinking ranny claimed fruit early for lamist purposes as well
