Like... At the end of today, nothing changes. There's no counterwagon. There's no interactions to analyze. There's no real point to this elimination. The only person who has aggressively pushed PI is PB, who literally no one thinks could be scum.

PI has been run up because he's borderline siteflaked and Kanna forgot him in a readslist, and I literally just talked about why the latter is flimsy.

2068 the bit on PB vs. SB (putting SB higher because he has PB lower and they aren't S/S) would be very gutsy from scum knowing that SB likely goes down soon.
Plus the Noraa push is basically a vanity which is more likely to be pursued by town

I can see the town gears turning in his head in a way. It feels like a genuine interaction, not like a scum pushing for a miselim. Also I believe him when he says he wants to do well on the survey for his team.

I mean, there are two worlds-- the world where SB was referred to as "Spring Breeze" in the mafia PT (not a townslip), and the one where she's referred to as "Kanna" (likely a townslip).

So yeah, I would shoot down someone saying it definitely is. But it's possible.

For what it's worth, if Pooky is scum, the odds of it being a townslip go way up.

I can see being hesitant about Monty because of the possible world that you're talking about but it feels really weird to interpret everything in there in the most generous possible way when all of those interactions are weird things involving his read on Spring Breeze.

PI has 10 posts. Clearly he's not posting except when he finds something really important. Would it really occur to him to make a throwaway post, just for distancing, asking a question he already knows, when he has so little content and is in danger of being lurker-exed if he doesn't step it up?

Maybe? But that doesn't seem very likely to me.

(Also, it looks like he hasn't played scum in 6 years, unless I missed something. So it's not his first rodeo, but he's not exactly an expert.)

and then Jingle shows up and says "Noraa is confirmed scum".
you would likely have an instinctive reaction that Jingle and I would be partners based on that interaction in that moment regardless of the rest of the content that's occurred in the game prior to this point.

For the record, it's not like my townread on PI is super strong or anything. There's only so much alignment indicative content you can even put out in 10 posts. But it is there, and I think the scum case on him is more nebulous than the town case, at least.
