Daisy is actually just a coin toss on being town/scum. Early game was apathetic town but quickly turned into defensive scum. Whatever Daisy flips gives me some strong scum reads like Salsa being scum with her or Element being scum against her.

Peep the iso. A full half of it is AOI— complaining about meta reads, without doing anything to move the game forward. His first real contribution is the vote on Cook, which is framed as a pressure vote. But talking to Datisi, he lets this sequence slip:

So it wasn’t a pressure vote, and you were lying about your intentions? Or it was but you got a scum read later? Or a read doesn’t have to be real?

Then in 368, he tells Cook the magic words to say in order to avoid the elim, so of Cook say them. This confuses me the most. I can see this coming from scum because it gives him an excuse not to act on fake convictions. But wouldn’t scum want to elim a cop claim? And if they’re both scum, wouldn’t they just coordinate in the PT instead of having DeathNote publicly give Cook an out? I don’t know why town would do this either.

I’m left feeling like the push on Cook was fake but I don’t know why DeathNote would end it like that.
