I dunno but it could buy time for you if scum. because either way, vended to spf n1 and pb n2. there's no confirmation.

In general I'm a proponent of less stalling more yeeting though
Apathy and too much wagon waffling is really bad for towns
Just look at the BooneyToonz game that just ended where I was scum
Town waffled on wagons ALL DAY day 1 and ended up moving from a scum who was a L-1 to a flash elim on town

Btw I still think cake is scum and now that booney is over, I'll say the reason.

I was in booney in a hydra and my buddy and I were convinced cake was scum for a fairly simple reason(obviously there were other reasons) but overall the main reason was that cake was never a viable wagon even into day 2. Which is not really a normal thing.

Cake is known for being LHF as town and while not dying day 1, 2, or 3 is not that strange, he is basically guaranteed to be at least a somewhat viable wagon within a few days.

and he hasn't been a viable wagon even once in this game which is a problem. Because cake was scum in booney

I do think that is a scum trait tbh because LHF town often have killer scum games where they can lie low for long periods of time and im fairly certain cake is one of those.
