wait i misread - that is a NO - weak modifier is affected by roleblocks. if you dont end up visiting your target you wont die.

some of the balance can be wifom to fuck with your expectations of what you think would make sense. to prevent town from fully solving via night actions and focus on dayplay. nullifying the power of a vig with pseduocop powers is one such way.

The target would die and Koba would live. So Koba must have been roleblocked and vfp is town is the conclusion if Koba tells the truth.
