this feels like how the setup should probably be played [in a future iteration], no? maybe even a breaking strat? although there is potential for wifom. if i were smarter i would have believed that meg had submitted and been acknowledged already, and should have assumed scum wouldnt be playing those sorts of technical gambits in a setup's very first ever run

This is why hearth should precede bunker because the pressure from hearth to vote conspiracy should make it clear there is none if hearth flips conspiracy. (Especially if scum is koba and math)
