i guess i'm fine with that. my other idea was table, since you usually draw on a table(???), but i'm very much not married to that

Technically the timer is only for the field operatives

And it's main purpose is for the sake of stopping teams from taking forever on a clue where we get 1 person checking in every 24 hours

If IRL stuff is getting in the way then Nancy feel free to take your time a little bit

Spoiler: My thoughts
Chariot connections:
VAN: both VAN and Chariot are wheeled modes of transportation.
PLANE: both PLANE and Chariot are modes of transportation.
FIRE: isn't
Chariots of Fire
a thing? Maybe?
LION: thinking along the lines of Roman gladiatorial stuff here. I'd expect to see Chariot races and people fighting lions. That sort of thing.
MERCURY: again with the Roman connection - Mercury as the Roman version of Hermes.
PILOT: would a Chariot driver be called a pilot? Not sure on this one.

Thing is, with a 5, that means there's a minimum of two words that connect to both Cheshire and Chariot, and the only one of those I see a Cheshire connection to is LION.

5-clue means six guesses. I'm leaning LION (both) > VAN (Chariot) = MOUSE (Cheshire) > ... think we need an absolute minimum of four hits here and preferably five, but after having FACE fail so dramatically, my confidence is shot. WITCH, maybe? FIRE if someone else can confirm the Chariots of Fire thing?

I think the wicked witch from Narnia rode a chariot. so LION and WITCH could be good assuming I'm remembering that correctly.

I also thought of how Greek/Roman gods ride chariots, so MERCURY is a good guess.

I think Chariots sometimes fly, so PLANE could be a contender, but I could also be making that flying thing up.
