I'm not claiming scum can't be relaxed in a game. I'm claiming such behaviour is disproportionately more likely to be exhibited by Town, which is why I gave Aisa a Townread for it.

I disagree that town are much more likely to be relaxed. I would argue almost 100% of players are relaxed in the early game, except for possibly the newest of newbscum. Given you have seen scum do it, and therefore know that it should be NAI, I am stunned you gave out a town read for it. It might be disproportionately more likely to be town because town outnumber scum in every game as well.

You're saying a lot of things that make me realise that you're self aware and you know what you should be town read for. I agree with Frog that the frustration seems genuine, too.

You see, this I disagree with.

I used the word "disproportionately" there specifically to say that Town does it even more than you'd get if you just controlled for the difference in the number of Town and scum in a game. I think that's where the fundamental disagreement here is. I am aware that scum can joke around in RVS. But I still think that, even when taking into account that more players are Town than scum, joking in RVS (if done organically, like Aisa did) increases the odds that the person who joked around is Town, because some scum have difficulties in faking casual tone.

To make it worse, not only do I think you're Town, I'm also getting more suspicious of Aisa, the more I think about her "Klick is doing analysis!" comment.

you were a little closed to engagement in a way that seemed +scum to us. early game i'd expect town to want to engage; e.g. "here's why i think lucian here is scummy rather than overeager town" or just "i think being overexplaining in that way is +scum early on"

That's a completely valid take; I actively didn't want to elaborate fully because I wanted to keep seeing the observations I was seeing without influencing them or letting Lucian choose to play around them. So yes, I was hesitant to engage heavily there.
