At some point I was worried Math was softing JOAT.

Either way it's interesting none of these gain anything or are encouraged to target me on N1, which is at least consistent.

But also seems like we are one Ironman short of the avengers. But maybe I'm making too big of a deal here.

scum Math means = scum NKed on N1, Math tried to shoot but got JKed on N2, Math + X decided to NK on N3 or Math+Skitter is a thing where Math is a roleblocker who roleblocked Ydra.

Fire scum means = they shot at IV on N1, they decided to NK on n2 and not kill to get town cred? or to make fun of Math, maybe, Fire+X decided to NK on n3 or Fire+Skitter where they roleblocked Ydra.

Ydra scum means = scum shot at IV on N1, they shot at Math on N2, they decided to nk on N3, presumably to frame someone. What doesn't add up is declaring Skitter scum. But maybe the simple solution is ydra+skitter and we are complicating all this.

Occam's razor says Ydra is scum.

JK + doctor + watcher + IC is sort of still OP but maybe ok given IC and watcher are not protectable.

My notes have scum!MB taking a shot N2 as an explanation for the No Kill that night, as well.

softing multiple claims, and the softs Ydra was putting out don't match the claim at all - I had to ask MB if they had considered Ydra's softs precisely because I was 90 percent sure Ydra was about to claim protective.

I think Ydra+Math does explain the glaring issues to which I've not yet seen a satisfactory alternative answer - namely, unwnds treatment of IV on D2, Ydra's softs not matching the claim, the choice to No kill N1 if that happened, and MB throwing multiple softs around on entrance. Thinking about it, I don't think the clear on Skitter is too much of an issue because a) she wasn't universally scumread, and the other town that scum team cleared for cred - IV - was TRing her, ircc b) with a one-shot claim, Ydra has to justify her target choice, and Skitter is at least a reasonable one that doesn't raise too many questions and c) if Ydra flips, sus is going to fall straight back on to that slot.

I think Pookies ISO also supports that team, and particularly Pooky+Ydra have form for that sort of gambit, as demonstrated by IV.

The problems with it are working out what about the game state meant the scum team decided to switch who used the fakeclaim the N1 no kill was supposed to set up, at risk of leaving Ydra exposed to someone noticing the claim didn't fit the crumbs, and secondly, that TPR is entirely macho IC, limited JK, ascetic watcher, and we do have 6 VTs.

If that seems unrealistic and one or both are legit town power, then we are back to there being scum in the VTs, and my position of what should be done to figure that out is well known.

There is also the matter of Math not claiming to be a ninja doc until 2774 - after KT claims and someone suggests using KT is prove Math - full claiming and saying "actually, you can't do that" only at that point, when we know the mafia are ninjas, is just another scummy thing I've got to write off as a coincidence, and the list is growing.

i think (and this is mostly at val right now because most recent) that it’s very dumb to say that like i had some sort of claim that was going to be taken away from me or i was going to do something else because i think all i’ve said this game was that i self resolve don’t worry about me xyz. there isn’t any substance to that which points one way or another wrt my role. it feels convenient to say “well i thought that you would be a protective” and then making a narrative out of it especially when i think it makes no sense for there to be a world where i just.. let someone hijack something i’ve set up all game to claim for themselves

similarly i also think that “pooky and ydra gambit omg” is a convenient point that doesn’t actually say anything about this game and ignores why that other game happened as it did. it’s like a fluff point to try and make wispy logic connect

then my poe is just in the herta/freedom/va98 which is still fine and workable.
Either way i think this is good.

ydra here is something i don't understand and u can help explain.
U came in here with sort of inno on skitter.

Two things immediately come to my mind in how u handled this and i want ur thoughts on why u did it this way:
1) you been hyping up ur claim as confirming u. To me this says u were aiming to try to bait a night kill, but the way ur role is i don't see why you would do this so early.
2) did u actually think ur role was very useful here or not because u came in here confused if u even had inno result.

I guess what confuses me and the scum argument i would say here if i am just making one for u is that u hinted at PR so its less likely someone checks u or pushes u, because 'hey i self resolve'. I don't see why u think u self resolve unless u just get night killed. The second since ur only a one time use role.....i don't see why u would get night killed over me or mathblade. I guess from u perspective im lying maybe? Maybe this is hindsight 20/20 with info we have now. But some of how u treated ur own role isn't lining up now.

idk like stated i get that i probably need to die sooner rather than later because everyone is going raghhh at me and it verifies my check but this game is just idk

i feel like every other pr role has a reason right now to potentially be a wolf somehow and then it all falls back on me when i’m like “I Check” and interact with some of the elements of the game

i treat pr as a standard get out of jail card for not doing as much as i in theory could. i do think that this role resolves in that i give my info and die but i’ve done what i done and it’s like water to cross when we get to the bridge

playing so overtly for a few days was about lightning rodding any blocks that could stop me given that i don’t want to waste the one shot i get and i wanted to get a hero shot like rah rah i saved the day with my guilty but then i didn’t do it’s like “welp this is what i get. guess i die lol”
