I agree that PB is too much, but it seems like part of how cakez approached balancing the town power was by giving scum a rolestop and a redirect/busdriver to make the town actions less reliable.

I don't think PB is a third party and I don't think they're a wolf.
Even if PB was a third party, I don't think voting him out makes sense today and I would consider it to be a blunder of epic proportions.
W/ how he's been playing he brought so much attention onto himself and since we know redirection and rolestopping as well as roleblocking are wolf powers.
