how is that a problem in my read of the gamestate? you're enabling scum, thats my perception of what's going. that either means you're scum and that's on purpose, or they're pocketing you but the problem is they don't do anything and you're like 'brian is IC', it's like, seriously?

I think ethel is a townie, I think her d2 posting is pretty good and I feel good about ceph town, so I wanna sheep his read on her. ugh that game wasn't called yet but I just played scum with ceph and I know a bit of the background between him and ethel.

elpis is playing a very solid game imo that feels townie.

marquis was bleeding town d1 and that didn't change, so he is prob a townie.

I like the way std is behaving on d2 so he is probably a townie.

andante also feels like p much town andante in this game.

she was low efforting and people were suspicious, so whoever killed her knew she was dangerous and couldn't be around

since y'all also dangerous when town, different teams without you would kill one of you instead, especially teams with like 'me elpis and marquis' like firebringer was suggesting.

Can you explain your townreads on Ceph and Elpis in more detail

with ceph I can see the way he is positioning himself wrt me as making sense given our history together and yadda. I don't think the overt way he WKed ethel as too likely to be scum just pocketing, there's a genuine ring to it, and also to his nsg push, that I think would be hard to emulate as scum given how, idk if emotional is the right word but definitely charged those leans were. I do enjoy his d2 also. Id have to re-read ceph to give a better perspective but I felt very strongly he was just town on d1.

with elpis I feel that from early jokes about norwee being scum (to which norwee replied rigidly and gave the tell of scum not knowing how to play along with the jokes) to middle game when he started to actually solve, that there's something very natural about the way he is playing that'd be hardly the case on someone's first game as scum. a few of his gamesolving posts from d1 are quite sensible.

idk if that helps much or if I could explain myself very well. if you're scum you're just asking me these things to then go ahead and diminish my leans, but I do feel they're good even if I don't have like substancial evidence to back it up.
