Second, I completely disagree about Bianco. Their posting is just filled with random, thrown-out-in-the-open comments that serve absolutely no purpose, and a jokey (I guess) vote at a point where serious votes should be made. I read this as scum.

Probably still our best option, unless we want to just... use vig like a second elim and see how that works out.

Using the vig as a second kill seems... too easy. There's almost certainly going to be something that prevents it if scum are aware of who the kill would be.

I agree but the way I see it, it would also be counter-town to vig with EVERYONE in the nightmare, since it will be basically an extremely rushed day phase, without any additional info except the flip. Without said I don't think we're gonna vig tonight, and I like the IC plan so I'm fine with HURT: everyone as long as we only IC really scummy people (otherwise we just tell scum to kill townie people and waste our power).

It's achievable but Activated IC/Bulletproof IC inventions are stronger

If we're handing out IC inventions then it's theoretically optimal to exclude scum so they don't get shot but getting a correct towncore of 7 people's probably impossible so yeah better to just put in everyone

It's not impossible, we had a towncore of 5 town and a third party last game.

On a similar note, cult leader enabler feels too easy. I doubt it would work as effectively as we would hope. Or maybe it would and Korina didn't account for it? The vig definitely was likely accounted for in balance though.

... So, I've admitted that it's currently the strongest pick I can think of, and also that I want to look and see if there are stronger alternatives. So yes, I will be looking at other options despite the option for ICs being on the table, because I am the sort to look at all the options.

Day 4 or Day 5 ICs I think might be the best strategy. Cult can't recruit them until after they get revealed, if town then scum is forced to kill the targets early and basically hand their kill over to town's control, or they get to deal with a wave of conf town all at once and have to pick and choose between them afterwards...
I'm not sure how many night kills are in play right now so day 4 is probably the safer bet.

Tree Stumps is... conditionally better depending on the circumstances of a players death. if an investigative dies without having revealed information we might want to let them share their results for example.

Vig is potentially good as well but probably less valuable then either of the above.

If we can get a large solid town block early then Housing might be good.

Actually does Cult even matter when it comes to giving out IC's? Like even if they get Culted scum/third party is just gonna shoot them unless we only have one groupscum and no third party

Gonna add that scummy meter this time cause people always go like why you scumreading me for this or that every game at start. I don't. I just started reading the game and am evaluating stuff separately. I only produce "reads" when I can put things together to see the patterns and make deductions of them.
