No, but the elimination ends the day regardless of if we've hammered a Nightmare proposal yet.

Best I've got right now.
Kyoko Kirigiri's posts have definitely improved, and I see more signs of a potential town mindset. However, a large part of me believes she entered this debate with an agenda, and while I see the town mindset, I still lean scum overall.

Titus's catchup I initially caught at a glance and had as hard-scum, yet when reviewing it in full it was less definitive. I still lean scum on her as her takes seem slightly +scum, yet she's no slam-dunk scumread.

WhemeStar and Aureal are both lackluster in ways I think +scum, yet I see signs of town and the scum indicators are weak. Random Nurse is clearly out of their depth regardless, so the question becomes out-of-depth-town or out-of-depth-scum. I lean the latter from what they
have
given.
I agreed heavily with this post when I saw it

after reading the ranger/kyoko stuff, I thought ranger looked good and villagery and I thought kyoko looked bad. kyoko later became more villagery.

my overall feel is, I townread almost everyone who has produced meaningful content. it makes me feel ok with us taking our chances at a pure nightmare. so yeah idk my current guess is that stuff is largely town-dominated and scum just aren't getting into the game. which feels gross to say sometimes because I tend to not be good at assessing when that's the case, but my reads just line up that way, a bunch of townreads. leaves me with disappointingly boring scumreads

like let's focus in on aureal for fun. aureal has done nothing wolfy to me and I could totally see her as town. but like, I know she's physically capable of being insanely towny. the second she subbed into the last game I played with her, she immediately made posts that were like wow that's some of the most pure in-depth stuff ive read. so the fact that she hasn't done that here is like slightly >rand wolf by poe, even if that's an unfair expectation. she also apparently hasn't wolfed before which makes it feel valid to be like "she's wolf struggling to get into the game!” is my best guess rn. I dont rly support her inclusion in the current proposal altho I havent seen why abnegation townreads her

I feel like merlyn fits that “lackluster” description enough as well meh

I don't think we can get a consensus pure nightmare without compromises anymore just due to the fact that we had an anti-mind meld with Aureal and don't tr her hard enough to put her in the Nightmare.

Would you be okay subbing in StD? I don't need Aureal specifically, but I am very firm on not wanting Ranger in yet.

StD's ISO being a big nothingburger is how you know he's Town.

sheep's whole thing of calling me wolfy for daring to ask questions about the events unfolding around me I really really don't like

All I know is one time I was in a game where StD was making wall posts and actively engaging, someone called him scum for it, and I thought it was a silly reason, but he was indeed scum.

Haven't been in a game with him as scum since, but he's been mostly chill and relatively low activity every time.

I normally don't like to rely on meta reads, but haven't been steered wrong yet with StD.

Any time "town" is said, its amended with stuff like "which I am" - its brute forcing that narrative into peoples minds which is an interesting approach from her.

Thanks.

I'm really sorry for not being active earlier but I was kinda exhausted IRL the last few days and couldn't bring myself to read everything that happened. I'm not going to catch up on EVERYTHING, at least not for now, but I am going to catch up on the last 5 pages. Also if there had been any claims etc. please direct me to find them.

Okay, I thought this is what's gonna happen, but now I found myself going earlier and earlier in an attempt to decipher the Ranger and Kyoko 1v1. This is going to take a while.

In post 1140, Ranger wrote:

I have a very strong gut scumread on DragonEater70.
This read has no objective reasoning, and even has some doubts to it. Others insist this is him as town, and the votes supporting the wagon are not promising.
Yet the gut read remains. I can't exactly make the gut read magically vanish. It's an inconvenience, yet it's there. I believe he's a good flip. I have no case beyond "trust my gutread", so I don't expect to realistically be followed. This won't stop me from continuing to call him scum, and continuing to provide reasons for my other scumreads.
Who do you think might be a good lim beside me?
In post 1140, Ranger wrote:
In post 1125, Kyoko Kirigiri wrote: Its more just a random vote dropped on a typical lhf regardless if he is town or scum.
This I can comment on.

I don't think DragonEater70 fits as low-hanging fruit. In my experience, he's a better player than that.

He's largely absent this game, which isn't ai imo. Still, he can get widely townread fairly easily when town and is far from an easy mislim. Were he actually an easy mislim, then a town player having a strong gut scumread on him, voting him, and dissuading players from voting a town mislim, would likely have gathered more support than it did.
I know this probably means less coming from me, but I do want to just say my own viewpoint:
IDK if I'm "limbait", I have only been mislimmed in one game out of the maybe 10 games I've completed (haven't counted), but I do think I am VERY easy to scumread. Like I think out of these 10 town games, there's been only two games where I wasn't HEAVILY scumread by various townplayers early on (and also later on). One of them being Weird Dreams I, and the other one being Team Mafia, where I was mislimmed anyway for pointing out that I wasn't being scumread as much as usual.
So I can understand where Kyoko is coming from, about saying that voting me is "low hanging fruit", even though I agree with Ranger that I am not usually a D1 lim.

HOWEVER, I do think Ranger was pretty townie later on (I'm gonna go back and find that post), so not voting there now.
