I don't think it's a coincidence that Chandra asked DGB to buff Wheme. Also I think it's telling that they are spending more time trying to convince people they're not scum together instead of trying to convince people I'm scum. From their POV I'm definitely scum, but they don't seem interested in proving it or even looking for potential partners
