If Wheme/Chandra are town, it makes sense to go Wheme because it's the dangerous role. I feel like they pushed Chandra until they claimed, and moved to Wheme because it's more of a threat to them.

A little bit of it is also knowing the amount of rage I would have in going in Wheme/Chandra, and then BlackScum ends up winning.
