ok well protip: when someone is getting obviously frustrated at how you are playing because they want to actually read your slot and are showing that, that person is probably town, i dont care that my POV is biased , I know that as scum this shit wouldnt be going down bc its more negative attention and i wouldnt care what my read is on u bc it would be arbitrary based on gamestate anyways.

Almost never. It can happen. I usually prefer not to spend that much time.

I'm more fond of explaining the reason behind a shift in read. That I do frequently. If asked, I can produce it between any two readslists. I'll often do it unprompted if I feel it useful/warranted.

Page by page readslists take me ten seconds to do, I copy my last one, put it into a notepad, and manually update it as I process posts/information. I've explained the process of my readslists in relationship to my reading posts in a past game. I can do so again, don't feel like it tonight. The basics are it's internalized instinctive snap judgement calls. I look at my readslist, see if it's wrong, fiddle with it until it feels right, check posts to see if they affect position in readslists; if so, I move them in the readslist, rinse repeat.

Explaining thoughts requires manually slowing down the brain, unpacking the concept into words, tracking down the information, and writing it all out.
