NGL hammer just makes the game losing for scum, so unvote isn't really a good play, especially since I've taken the precaution of declaring E-1 and announcing that everyone should announce intent to hammer first, but it doesn't really I guess, pressure is still on Brassherald.

I think right now I like Kawaii most as a backup. As I alluded to in my 142, I'm not confident that their stated reasoning for originally jumping onto Brass in their 141 actually tracks, and given that they stated in 141 that they voted Brass to get more out of the slot it feels off to me that they haven't done much to progress on this despite Brass gaining traction here. (Looking at their ISO this could be because they've had trouble accessing the thread due to phone repairs via 181, but that same post also implies that they resolved the issue and the wagon on Brass came after that so I think this still applies)

I think at most only one of Kawaii/Brass actually flips red here though, so I'd only want to pivot towards the slot in the event that Brass/Replacement comes back with a solid response here

I think in most cases it's +town to allow replacements in these scenarios a chance to talk as seeing how the slot approaches pressure on it can be useful later even if we wind up tossing the slot regardless.

Sure. So what I'm looking for at this point of the game is substantial town play; logical thought processes and genuine efforts to make town reads and find the scum. As a stand alone comment, I don't think there's anything wrong with it that a town wouldn't make. But in Brassherald's ISO, I'm not seeing the substantial town play that I'm looking for. I'm just seeing point and accuses.

For example, maybe saying "Steve seems to be the town leader" does seem like pocketing? But what I would do afterwards is look to see if there's a pattern of pocketing emerging, or if pocketing Steve leads closer to scum Kawaii achieving his goals today. But he didn't do that. It comes across to me as surface level scum hunting.
