If there was a pre-existing neighborhood that should definitely be outed.

If someone is going around neighborizing I think we have to seriously consider the odds that this person is mafia bc I don't think there's much town value in the role unless specifically it is loyal, but that seems pretty powerful and I don't know why you'd target furtive and/or KKFC in that world and they'd probably need to out to save furtive in the near future regardless
