I wanna see Dunn interact with everything else in the game more, but voting him won't help that. I could vote Cook but it feels like the easy/boring option. Infinity's read on me has become very static but I don't think voting them will do much in terms of helping figure out their slot.
VOTE: Purplemango
Hey Purple how come you haven't voted yet?
I don't know who to vote for, and I also don't want to get into a situation where I forget about it or something
I see. Currently the pace of the game is a big topic of discussion. Do you think the mafia are more likely to want to keep the game slow in this situation, or do you think they're more likely to be one of the people pushing the game forward to try and gain towncred?
I feel like you aren’t really engaging as much of the game as you should, and you having your vote on me for basically the whole time is perhaps a symptom of that
Wrt Dann I think his solving feels inorganic, I could read from a mile away that he was going to put his vote back onto me, and I get a gut sense that his reasoning he put out is an afterthought based on the fact I was able to predict that move
Honestly the Dann read might be worth exploring deeper, gimme a bit

I do seriously scum read Gamma Emerald because it doesn't seem like he actually cares about sorting purplemango's alignment, he parked a vote there and even though purplemango has posted since there's not really any further attempt to engage with him. it feels like gamma parked a vote there because it seemed like a target no one would question a vote on.
i think 65 is weirdly shallow for Gamma and I think it's rather common habit for scum to throw out a weak town read on big early wagons on town
69 is a post I myself make as scum a lot where I point out objective inconsistencies even though they don't really have a bearing on alignment. It just looks good and is easy to do.
I'll admit most of this stuff is on the weaker side but so far gamma has given me the biggest impression of trying to look town without actually being towny
So here’s my deal: I got the vibe Dann was going to go after me from post 56, which came before the two specific posts Dann cited later on when explaining his read on me. The “I want to see what purplemango does” part probably was a tip-off, and it feels a bit forced. I also think post 79 just feels off.

They will probably talk, especially when there are many who are inactive (sorry about that)
Although not talking is also a good strategy, because they probably won't accuse you that way (but in a more boring way)

You don't have to apologise if you have a thought that paints me as scummy don't worry lol.
My current worry with your slot is I feel like you're v much sitting on a fence waiting to follow where the game goes, rather than making many clear stances on players. There's your light townread on me but that's about it. As you say, talking and not talking are both good strategies for scum (I agree with this), but I tend to worry a little more about non-talkers since in my experience scummy talkers will talk themselves into a hole once you've had a couple of alignment flips. Maybe that's a biased view since I'm a big talker myself, but it's the one I hold and it's why I'm a little worried about letting you (or any player) slide through this dayphase unnoticed.
The issue with sorting the less active players is that distinguishing them is something I find very difficult, and so it's very hard to find the right vote out of that group. The main reason my vote is on you right now isn't necessarily because I find you scummy, but it's because you're someone who'll respond to that pressure and will engage with me through that. This means we can use this convo as a way to progress the game + hopefully I'll be able to decide how I want to sort your slot today based on your responses.

make sense I can't really talk soon, unfortunately. So it probably won't advance the game much But I understand your point
