As a reminder/clarification, Normal games may not contain hydras and also may not place any experience requirements on players (eg game mods cannot specify that players must have X completed mafia games to play). We have updated the moderator info section and queue form to specifically indicate that game mods do not have discretion over these aspects of Normal games.

Minor rule changes

Currently, micro normal games - normals with 9 players or less - are referred to as 'micro' or 'mini' interchangeably. Since the micro queue recently got abolished, this seems like a good time to clarify the situation. I am changing the rules so that 'micro' is officially a game with 9 players or less, and 'mini' is a game with 10-13 players.

We are also changing the signup rules accordingly. The current rules state that there must be one mini and one large in signups at a time, but this is already not how it works in practice. To clarify the situation, we are changing the rule to 'there must be two normal games in signups at a time, with a maximum of one of these being a large.'

These changes likely won't make much of a difference on the player side, but hopefully they will make the rules more straightforward.

Is there any way Mini Normals could be bumped up to 15 players?

Feels like we have Micro, Mini, and Large normals but no "Regular" normals. Feels like there should be a size between Mini and Large.
