u know i didn't think about this before, but pooky should have included in the tech tree negative utility attributes to nukes to give scum incentive to take to have their missiles miss so they can fire at their teammates for distancing.

or even a hidden "veer of course" ability u can use once in the game to ensure the nuke won't hit that is sent to the mod.
