Limming a technically empty slot is just bad. It's as if we didn't even try.
HPE is a better idea, I can join that if I have to, but it's far from my real scumreads.
I don't even get how Alisae's PR can be useful, but whatever, I guess we can sort that out later. I don't think Alisae'll get near to the endgame, so I'm not worried.
Tanuki's more or less the same situation as Alisae, but their claim can be sorted out easier (whether it's real or not), and if it's real, I can see it of some use.

Read the first 10. Erebody miller. Demiller role sounds likely, but whats the point unless theres more than 1 cop to follow up? Roles that explicitly rely on other roles to be functional are weak and even negative utility.
