basically, let's say Outworld claims neap day 1 cause he got forced to or wanted to get credibility

Jailkeeper protects them, scum still goes through, it's cool, good gameplay interaction as town is punished for their main PR being brought up

Watch watches them, scum gets caught and is punished for town's misplays

not to note that 1-shot watcher is extremely swingy as either it kills a scum or it does litterally nothing, especially with these roles, no TPr wants to target town
