Hmm. I’m trying to decide which one is town from these votes. I get Enchant’s vote because it’s exactly what I did last vote. I’m not sure about Val but I often find it counterproductive for rep-ins to read the last few pages of a game, decide they think someone is scum, vote them, and then read the game from the beginning with the outlook that someone is scum already and trying to validate that vote/read instead of just starting from the beginning and developing reads as the game progresses. But I could be wrong and that method might be successful sometimes but since the read is on me and it’s wrong, I don’t like it here.

I still think it could be either. I don’t know if I’m convinced about RN since I’m kind of used to his gameplay as town vs scum. This doesn’t feel like him as scum, I’d be really surprised if it was. He’s being much more vocal than in the games he was scum.

My vote could be considered semi-RVSesque based on a gutping while I caught up. It's true I've found a few things not to like, but I'm not fully caught up (I stopped to check the latest activity around p110), and I am not sure I actually want this lim before I have had a chance to digest everything and articulate my thoughts properly.

If you think I’m trying to get people to “bite” you’re wrong, this has been my stance for multiple day phases at this point. I trust Lycan most (besides Gypyx being confirmed) that’s why I’ve been giving my opinion on RN because he thinks it’s him and I don’t. I wish we were seeing eye to eye but we aren’t.

I agree with this, but I'm thinking one of the last 2. Enchant hasn't tried to twist my words and actions unlike Lycan, which to me means quite a bit.

I'll be up front and say oblivion is back to lock town to me. Read its frustration all the way up to the fake hammer. My only problem with oblivion was that vote, and most of my bad feelings were contained pre flip.

You are either a much faster reader than me, or else full of shit.

In theory, I am now caught up. In practise, I'm not confident I have sufficient handle on the game to fully trust my own analysis. I note, for example, that the vast majority of the post numbers I've scribbled down in my notes are from day 1, when I was freshest. I don't really know how to treat Psyche, for instance. I got absolutely nothing from the Penguin slot what-so-ever, and a vague sense of towniness from Psyche I am not sure the origin of. The previous occupant of my slot appears to have cogent reasons for trusting them based on how he treated it when it was on the chopping block, and I've seen no reason to think otherwise.

I liked some of Willow's easy posting. I know it's not the hardest thing in the world to fake, to put it mildly, but I get the gut sense that 534 isn't a partnered interaction. I've nothing I can point to that seems off about Lycan either. I don't get the sense of manipulation or twisting of words is RN complaining about; but on reflection, I think my dislike of the playstyle is the largest factor in what I don't like about Random Nurse. I don't think I can really see them as group scum: he certainly has wanted a lot of credit for the Gera flip, but it is somewhat deserved. Paranoia exists, and I know pushing against the Gypyx/Thom townblock is something scum would want to do wherever feasible for late game, but I'm not sure interrupting Gypyx while making such a big mistake about both himself and Gera, and being so vocal about it, would have been any sort of reasonable scumplay. I could still convince myself he could be a possible traitor, but Occam's razor says I don't want to be liming there.

Which brings me back to Kay. I'll go back and look over the town case in more detail now, and try and organise my thoughts about what exactly it is that is pinging me so much about Kay, but in the meantime, a question for Gypyx - did Snow, post-ranger lim, ever give any sort of indication in the hood that they might be a TPR? Also, and I know it's difficult given you were informed from the start, but did you ever get the sense that Thom had played the D1 in the hood a bit strangely, and might, to an observer not knowing you were both mutually informed, be considered reasonable mislim bait?
