No seriously, day 1 is different, and when people are leaping so hard to defend each other in such awful ways, they should be admonished for it. When you have real information, you should use the real information and not descend back to day 1 guessing. That's what speculating about partners right now would be. If you can't tell the difference, then you have some serious problems on your hands.

No I can't tell the difference between having no scum flips day 1 and having no scum flips day 3.
It is known a scum team exists somewhere, I feel that connections made day 1 are just as likely to be able to be made in future days.

Max has actually been working on getting 'the right people' lynched (aside from Whiskers, who will probably either draw the nightkill, or else will get lynched in the next day or so); he's scumhunting well, unlike you, who's pulling an Emp: going after anyone who suspects you.

I really don't think Bulb is scum. Cheery might be. Whiskers is a toss up. Cx is lurking like a pro and I hate lurker lynches, but he'll ratchet up to the top of a PoE list when we get there. My read on Kenobi keeps flip flopping. So, I think scum is in (Tiershift, Cheery, Whiskers, Cx, and Kenobi).

I'm actually pulling a reverse Emp, my suspects this day (bulb and max) both attacked me after I outed my suspicion on them, not the other way around.

Now, since everyone is dead set on lynching me: I have a 1-shot investigative PR. I'd rather not fullclaim it, since it kinda takes the oomph out of the role. I didn't use it up to now since it would have been most likely a wasted shot. I'm gonna use the shot tonight.

I'm trackable and I get semi-confirmable results.

In all honesty, it was very dangerous to not use the shot last night given how close we could've been to MyLo today (with revelation of ambiguous third party wincons).

In my mind, either Tiershift seriously misplayed his own role or he's lying.

Besides Cheery and perhaps you, everybody seemed to be thinking Pasch town at the beginning of the day, in part because of the claim. Again, why wouldn't you watch a claimed PR?
