This and other things he mentions about Neil are not scummy. Awful votes stand out more.

Now we move onto my issue with his vote on Monkey at the end of the day.
When Monkey was just coming around this was Aegor's reason for jumping on the wagon.

Many things with Monkey goes on where Monkey makes up a list of reads on people that clearly look like a player who iso'ed the game instead of reading and we have this comment.

I am ambivalent about ending a large game with so much time left and with so little involvement from some players (coughcoughABRcoughcough), but if the game will drag because people are already set on Monkey, so be it.

Does no one else feel like there is nothing to be gained by continuing the day?

In short I have see Aegor's case's from Scar to Neil built on null fucking shit that is not scummy. He votes for monkey after it's clear people are looking at Monkey and then hops off to me looking to give his scum buddy time to come up with something. He hammer's his buddy.

So? Switching votes is not scummy, and ABR had not contributed at all. My ABR vote was an attempt to acquire more info; my read on Monkey was solid.

I said I was ambivalent about ending the day; I did not say that I wanted more conversation. You are more than welcome to meta me regarding both my extreme aversion to deadline lynches and my hatred of slow games. The game did drag on in my opinion after the monkey wagon hit near-hammer, so I hammered.

I did not stick up for the fake claim at all. And I was ultimately right: Hanharr was the fakeclaim, which I noted. Aronis' attack was scummy-bad because he was attempting to secure a lynch based on flavor name when any competent mod would not design a game breakable by flavor spec. I fail to see the problem with my post.

What defense? Monkey's self-defense? His self-defense is what made me sure he was scum in the first place.

The hammer was mine, so hell yes, I will acknowledge reality by taking credit for it. But I expect no towncred, nor is my statement any less reasonable if I am scum: town should be thankful I hammered regardless of my alignment.
