if we want to get real nitpicky and objecitve-based: cop has no harm to the SK due to it being II, even if the doc was not around and did not exist the incetive of killing the cop vs someone else is argubly better. in the current situation im not heavy pushing you as opposed to how garmer was who was vocal about it.
