No to both, as far as I know. Jailkeep = roleblock and protect on someone, so they can't do anything and no one can kill them. I wasn't trying to kill you, ergo, it wouldn't have stopped me investigating you. Roleblock on you doesn't do anything to me.

If you are investigation proof or if I were roleblocked or jailkept, then no result makes sense. It doesn't any other way.

Boon-I know how Wake does neighborhoods better than anyone here because I've been in several when he's had them offsite. It is completely random. He's had all town hoods in his games, he's had hoods with multiple scum-the last Fire and Ice game offsite I was a VT in a neighborhood with a fire scum-ask dragon about this, and 2 ice scum-ask House about this. There was another hood that had the last scum and 2 other hoods that were all town. There was a game before that were a couple hoods had scum in them, there were a couple all town hoods, and people not in hoods-this one was awhile ago so my memory is sketchy but I think that's right.

Point being-you can't predict what Wake will do with neighborhoods in any set-up. I think House and Skybird were in a Large Normal here of Wake's that had neighborhoods-perhaps they can tell you if neighborhood spec worked or not in that game or I can go check when I'm feeling better.

Playing outguess the mod with Wake is futile. It does not work.

If you are talking about roles, let me repeat, there is no rhyme or reason to how Wake does hoods. Wake put both the doc and the cop together in an all town hood in that Fire and Ice game.

I think that Boonskiies is referring to me as being in the neighbourhood and therefore sortable by my compatriots there. I don't think that part referred to Lalalalala (got any grapes) at all. But I also don't know how being in a neighbourhood or having a power role will sort me in the future either.

AFAIK, this is not the case. A jail keep prevents all actions on and from that player. I believe that you would get a no result if he were jailed.
